Terms of use

zuresusa is a reference site about hotels. We are not a travel agent, a booking platform or an agent for any hotel described here. No room can be reserved through this site, and no enquiry sent to us is forwarded to a hotel.

Entries are compiled from public sources and checked by hand in the month shown on each entry. Hotels change owners and operators, close for works and alter what they offer. We give no warranty that an entry is current at the moment you read it, and anything that matters to your trip should be confirmed with the hotel.

Nothing on this site is advice to book, buy or travel. We take no commissions, run no advertising and accept no payment for inclusion or for position within a category.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a right cannot be excluded but our liability may be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information.

Where we mention an external organisation, we do so for identification or for safety information only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

The text, page structure, filter set and illustrations on this site are our copyright. Hotel names, trade marks and building names remain the property of their owners and are used here for identification and description.

If an entry is wrong, write to us through the contact page. Any hotel may send a correction about its own entry; documented corrections are made, published and re-dated. Entries are removed only where a hotel has closed or where an error cannot be fixed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

About the Casino Hotels category

The Casino Hotels category lists four hotels in Canada that contain gaming floors. We describe their buildings, rooms, restaurants, spas and concert halls. We do not describe gambling, promote it, publish odds or promotions, or link to any operator. Casinos are for adults only: 19+ in most Canadian provinces, 18+ in Québec, and 18+ in Australia. Privacy

This policy is written to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The site is operated by zuresusa, of Melbourne, Victoria.

The contact form collects the name, email address, subject, hotel reference and message you type into it, and nothing more. We use that information to reply to you and to check or correct an entry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to hotels or anyone else except where a law requires it.

Our host keeps standard server logs recording IP address, request time, page requested, referrer and browser string. Logs are used for security and fault-finding and are kept for 30 days before deletion.

Sending the form is your consent to us handling the message for the purpose you sent it for. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete the message unless we are required to keep it.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts and no third-party cookies. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts that service when a page loads. We receive no personal data from it.

Our hosting provider and any technical contractor we engage may process data on our behalf under contract. If our host stores data outside Australia, that overseas disclosure is limited to the logs and messages described above, and we take reasonable steps to see that they are handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@zuresusa.com and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge for a request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, on 1300 363 992, or by post to GPO Box 10163, Sydney NSW 2001.
